摘　　要：县域生物多样性是全球生物多样性的重要组成部分,保持高水平的县域生物多样性对于区域生态系统的稳定和城乡居民福祉的提高至关重要。左云县地处农牧过渡区域,其区域位置非常重要。本研究采取样方和踏查相结合的方法对左云县植物多样性进行调查,并分析了植物种类组成、生物多样性、生态特性以及分布情况,提出了植物多样性保护中存在的问题和保护对策。本次调查共发现植物25目51科161属233种,其中具有药用价值植物有21目36科86属99种,中国特有种13目15科17属17种,外来入侵种4目5科8属9种,国家II级重点保护野生植物1种,山西省重点保护野生植物1种,易危1种,近危1种。本研究明确了左云县植物多样性本底和空间分布,为确定左云县植物多样性保护目标和策略提供支撑。County-level biodiversity is an important part of global biodiversity.Maintaining a high level of county-level biodiversity is of great significance for the stability of regional ecosystems and the improvement of urban and rural public well-being.Zuoyun County is located in the transition area of agriculture and animal husbandry,the regional location is very important.In this study,the plants diversity in Zuoyun County were investigated in detail by the method of investigation and sampling,and plant species composition,biodiversity,ecological characteristics and distribution were analyzed.Meanwhile,the existing problems and protection measures were put forward.A total of 233 species of plants were found in 25 orders,51 families,161 genera,and 161 families,including 21 orders,36 families,86 genera,and 99 species with medicinal value,among which 13 orders,15 families,17 genera,17 species are endemic to China,4 orders,5 families,8 genera,9 species are invasive,and 1 wild plant is under State II level key protection,1 wild plant is under State protection in Shanxi Province,1 is vulnerable,and 1 is near threatened.This study clarified the background and spatial distribution of plant diversity in Zuoyun County,providing support for determining the objectives and strategies of plant diversity conservation in Zuoyun County.
