摘 要:目的评估景观灭蚊灯联合蚊虫孳生陷阱的灭蚊效果,为制订蚊媒干预措施提供参考依据。方法2022年6—10月在常州市武进区礼嘉镇何墅村西坝头(对照组)、西巷头(景观灭蚊灯组)、胡家塘(蚊虫孳生陷阱组)、杨公岸(双法干预组,同时布置景观灭蚊灯和蚊虫孳生陷阱)4个地点开展现场研究。采用人工小时法和布雷图指数法开展蚊媒密度及季节消长监测。计量数据比较采用非参数Wilcoxon秩和检验,计数资料比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果人工小时法监测显示,西坝头、西巷头和杨公岸蚊媒密度在7月有1个高峰,景观灭蚊灯组、双法干预组的蚊媒密度均显著低于对照组(Z=-2.38、-2.67,均P<0.05)。西坝头、胡家塘和杨公岸伊蚊密度监测显示,布雷图指数在6月下半月最高。双法干预组布雷图指数显著低于对照组和蚊虫孳生陷阱组(Z=-2.35、-2.40,P<0.05)。蚊虫孳生陷阱伊蚊卵总阳性率为86.13%,显著高于库蚊卵总阳性率的16.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=228.98,P<0.05);伊蚊幼虫总死亡率为50.00%。结论景观灭蚊灯对库蚊和按蚊有较好的灭蚊效果。蚊虫孳生陷阱虽有较好的引诱伊蚊产卵效果,但其杀灭伊蚊幼虫效果不稳定。景观灭蚊灯联合蚊虫孳生陷阱对库蚊、按蚊和伊蚊均有较好的灭蚊效果。Objective To assess the mosquito control effect of landscape mosquito killing lamps combined with mosquito and insect breeding traps,and to provide a reference basis for formulating mosquito vector intervention measures.Methods From June to October 2022,a field study was carried out at four sites in Xibatou(control group),Xixiangtou(landscape mosquito killing lamps group),Hujiatang(mosquito and insect breeding traps group),and Yanggong′an(dual-method intervention group,both equipped with landscape mosquito killing lamps and mosquito and insect breeding traps)in Heshu Village,Lijia Town,Wujin District,Changzhou City.The labor hour method and Breteau index method were used to monitor the mosquito density and seasonal growth and decline.The nonparametric Wilcoxon rank test was used for comparison of measurements,while the Chi-square test was used for comparison of count data.Results The monitoring by labor hour method showed that mosquito vector densities had one peak in July in Xibatou,Xixiangtou and Yanggong′an.The mosquito vector densities of the landscape mosquito killing lamp group and the dual-method intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group(Z=-2.38,-2.67,all P<0.05).The density monitoring of Aedes mosquitoes in Xibatou,Hujiatang,and Yanggong′an showed that the Breteau index was highest in the second half of June.The Breteau index of the dual-method intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the mosquito and insect breeding trap group(Z=-2.35,-2.40,P<0.05).The total positive rate of Aedes eggs in the mosquito and insect breeding traps was 86.13%,which was significantly higher than the total positive rate of Culex eggs at 16.81%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=228.98,P<0.05).The total mortality rate of Aedes larvae was 50.00%.Conclusion The landscape mosquito killing lamp has a better effect on Culex and Anopheles mosquitoes.Although mosquito and insect breeding trap has a better effect of attracting Aedes mosquito
