摘　　要：《档案法实施条例》是全面推进档案事业法治化的重要载体,在建设现代化档案治理体系的进程中发挥着里程碑式的作用。本文在明确《档案法实施条例》历史定位的基础上,分析其所蕴含的核心理念与治档特色,以期廓清其对发展我国档案治理体系的独特作用,彰显其促进我国档案法治化的独特价值。Regulations on the Implementation of the Archives Law is an important carrier for comprehensively promoting the legalization of the archives industry.It plays a milestone role in the process of building a modern archives governance system.Based on a clear understanding of its historical position,this article analyzes the core concepts and governance features contained in the Implementation Regulations,in order to clarify the unique role of Regulations on the Implementation of the Archives Law in developing China's archives governance system and highlight its unique value in promoting China's archives legalization.
