摘　　要：继发性闭经是妇科常见疾病,近年来其发病率逐年升高。该病病因复杂,对女性身心健康均造成一定的影响。全国名中医丁丽仙教授从事中医妇科临床、教学与科研工作四十余年,对继发性闭经的诊治颇有心得,认为本病的发生多责之于脾肾亏虚、肝失疏泄,同时夹杂痰湿、血瘀,临床治疗本病常采用健脾益气、补气养血、补肾化痰、补肾活血、疏肝理气之法,使冲任气血调和,月事以时下。文章分享了丁丽仙教授治疗继发性闭经的常用药对经验,为临床提供参考。Secondary amenorrhea is one of the common gynecological diseases,and its incidence has been increasing in recent years.Secondary amenorrhea,with complex pathogenesis,significantly impacts the physical and mental health of women.Prof.Ding Lixian,a national wellknown expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),has been dedicated to clinical practice,teaching,and scientific research in TCM gynecology for over 40 years and is quite experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of secondary amenorrhea.She believes that this disease is mainly caused by dual deficiency of the spleen and kidney and liver dysfunction,accompanied by the symptom presentation of phlegmatic hygrosis and blood stasis. Clinically, treatments typically focus on fortifying the spleenand replenishing Qi, tonifying Qi and nourishing the blood, tonifying the kidney and resolving phlegm,tonifying the kidney and activating the blood, and soothing the liver and regulating Qi, so as to makechong meridian and ren meridian harmonious in Qi and blood and ensure timely menstrual cycle.The paper shared Prof. Ding's commonly used medications and experience for treating secondaryamenorrhea, providing a reference for clinical practice.
