海派骆氏妇科治疗脾肾两虚型胎漏、胎动不安的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察海派骆氏妇科治疗脾肾两虚型胎漏、胎动不安和滑胎的临床疗效。方法将60例脾肾两虚型胎漏、胎动不安,且有滑胎病史的患者随机分成对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),对照组单纯给予地屈孕酮口服治疗,治疗组给予骆氏益君安胎汤及地屈孕酮口服治疗,根据临床症状、辅助检查等评价保胎疗效。结果对照组、治疗组临床总有效率分别为63.33%和86.66%,治愈率分别为50%和80%,两组间临床疗效的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分情况比较,治疗组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论骆氏益君安胎汤联合西药地屈孕酮在治疗脾肾两虚型胎漏、胎动不安和滑胎上疗效显著,可明显提高妊娠的成功率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Luo's gynecology of Shanghai School in treating vaginal bleeding during pregnancy,threatened abortion,and habitual abortion due to spleen-kidney deficiency.Methods Sixty patients with vaginal bleeding during pregnancy or threatened abortion due to spleen-kidney deficiency and a history of habitual abortion were randomly assigned into a control group(n=30)and a treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with oral administration of dydrogesterone,while the treatment group was treated with Luoshi Yijun Antai Decoction and dydrogesterone orally.The effectiveness of miscarriage prevention was evaluated based on clinical symptoms and auxiliary examinations.Results The control group and the treatment group had the total response rates of 63.33%and 86.66%and the cure rates of 50%and 80%,respectively.The clinical efficacy differed between the two groups(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Luoshi Yijun Antai Decoction and dydrogesterone demonstrates definite therapeutic effects on vaginal bleeding during pregnancy,threatened abortion,and habitual abortion due to spleen-kidney deficiency and can significantly improve the success rate of pregnancy.
