化痰止咳合剂治疗痰湿蕴肺型慢性支气管炎老年患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化痰止咳合剂对痰湿蕴肺型慢性支气管炎老年患者的中医证候及生活质量的影响。方法采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究,将启东市中医院就诊的212例老年慢性支气管炎(痰湿蕴肺型)患者分为观察组和对照组,每组106例。对照组给予头孢呋辛及化痰止咳合剂模拟剂,观察组106例给予头孢呋辛及化痰止咳合剂,疗程均为7天。比较两组的莱塞斯特咳嗽生命质量问卷(LCQ)得分以及中医证候积分的差异。结果共有198名参与者完成全部试验,包括观察组96例,对照组102例。观察两组患者的中医证候、LCQ问卷得分均有改善,观察组改善的程度要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰止咳合剂可以改善慢性支气管炎老年患者咳嗽程度、LCQ、中医证候积分,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of Huatan Zhike Nixture on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms and quality of life of elderly patients suffering from chronic bronchitis due to phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung.Methods A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial was carried out involving 212 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis(phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung)treated in Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group,and each group consisted of 106 patients.The control group was treated with cefuroxime and a simulated agent of Huatan Zhike Nixture,whereas the observation group received cefuroxime and Huatan Zhike Nixture.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)and TCM symptom scores were compared between two groups.Results A total of 198 patients completed the experiment,including 96 in the observation group and 102 in the control group.Both groups were improved after treatment regarding the LCQ and TCM symptom scores,and the observation group outperformed the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Zhike Mixture can ameliorate the cough,LCQ score,and TCM symptom scores and improve the quality of life for the elderly suffering from chronic bronchitis.
