摘　　要：肝肾同治是中医药治疗慢性肾脏疾病的重要思路,本文结合笔者临床经验,阐述IgA肾病从肝论治的理论依据和验案心得,指出中医药疗法可有效控制IgA肾病血尿和蛋白尿。Simultaneous treatment of the liver and kidney is an important idea in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This article explains the theoretical basis and clinical experience in the treatment of IgA nephropathy from the liver and points out that TCM can effectively control hematuria and proteinuria in IgA nephropathy.
