基于肾精与维生素D作用的相关性探讨黄芪补肾防治银屑病的作用机制

摘　　要：中医“肾精”功能与维生素D(VD)生物学功效相似,VD被视为类似肾精物质的一部分,VD缺乏与肾虚证有着类似的病理改变。VD缺乏与银屑病发生发展密切相关,其通过调节角质形成细胞(KC)的增殖分化、免疫调节等影响银屑病病理机制。肾精亏虚是中医对银屑病的基本认识,黄芪补肾治疗银屑病与中医治则治法相契合,且现代药理研究表明,黄芪防治银屑病在调节T细胞、KC增殖、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴、核因子κB、酪氨酸蛋白激酶信号转录与转录激活因子通路等诸多方面与VD缺乏参与银屑病病理机制的路径高度重合。另一方面,黄芪可能存在对VD系统调节作用。综上推测,黄芪补肾可能通过调节VD系统发挥防治银屑病功效。The function of"kidney storing essence"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is similar to the biological effects of vitamin D(VD).VD deficiency induces similar pathological changes as kidney deficiency syndrome,and VD is considered as the modern material basis of kidney essence.VD deficiency is closely related to the occurrence and progression of psoriasis.VD affects the pathogenesis of psoriasis by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes(KC),immune regulation,and other factors.In TCM,kidney essence deficiency is considered as the root of psoriasis.The use of Astragali Radix tonifying the kidney is in line with the TCM principles and treatment methods.Research has shown that Astragali Radix prevents and treats psoriasis by regulating T cell, KC proliferation, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB), the Januskinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK-STAT) pathway, and other pathways thatare highly consistent the pathologic mechanisms of psoriasis induced by VD deficiency. Furthermore,Astragali Radix may have a regulating effect on the VD system. In conclusion, Astragali Radix tonifyingthe kidney may play a role in preventing and treating psoriasis by regulating the VD system.
