基于热塑性橡胶的中药橡胶贴膏基质处方研发路径探讨

摘　　要：中药橡胶贴膏是常用的外用制剂,有其独特的使用优势。随着高分子材料的创新性发展,热塑性橡胶逐渐开始应用于中药橡胶贴膏,但是目前采用热塑性橡胶的已上市药品品种数量仍然较少。本文通过检索中国知网、维普、Pub Med等数据库,回顾整理2000—2024年国内外相关文献,概述了采用热塑性橡胶制备中药橡胶贴膏的研究,探讨了开发热塑性橡胶基质的可行性。基于热塑性橡胶的中药橡胶贴膏是更优质、更安全的药品,是药品上市许可持有人未来的研究方向。Chinese medicine adhesive plaster is a commonly used external preparation with unique advantages.With the innovative development of polymer materials,thermoplastic elastomers have gradually been applied to Chinese medicine adhesive plasters.However,the number of approved drugs using thermoplastic elastomers remains limited.This article reviews and organizes relevant literature from 2000 to 2024,retrieved from databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,and PubMed,and summarizes research on the preparation of Chinese medicine adhesive plasters using thermoplastic elastomers.The feasibility of developing thermoplastic elastomer matrices is also discussed.Chinese medicine adhesive plasters based on thermoplastic elastomers have higher quality and are safer,making them a promising research direction for future marketing authorization holders.
