摘　　要：本文围绕中国是如何破解政党治理世界性难题这个主题,分别就以下问题展开论述。一是关于政党治理世界性难题的提出。21世纪世界百年未有之大变局出现后,西方国家一向引以为自豪的政党治理陷入乱局。这不仅把政党治理的问题提到世界各国面前,还表明西方政党模式陷入了前所未有的困境之中。二是关于治国必先治党、治党务必从严。中国共产党与人民休戚与共、生死相依,没有任何自己特殊的利益,从来不代表任何利益集团、任何权势团体、任何特权阶层的利益。这种中国特色的马克思主义政党模式从根本上超越西方政党模式,是中国共产党能够从严治党、实现自我革命的制度优越性所在。三是关于从第一个答案到第二个答案的飞跃。长期以来,特别是进入新时代以来,中国共产党外靠发展人民民主、接受人民监督,内靠全面从严治党、推进自我革命,走出了一条确保党“不变质、不变色、不变味”的成功之道。习近平总书记关于党的自我革命的重要思想凝结了新时代全面从严治党的丰富实践经验和重要理论成果,特别是“九个以”的实践要求,是深化对自我革命规律性认识的最新成果,深刻全面地总结了中国共产党在新时代破解政党治理世界性难题的成功之道。Centering on the theme of how China solves the problem of political party governance,this paper discusses the following issues.(1)the global problem of political party govermnance.Since the 2lst century,especially after the emergence of the world's century-old great changes,the political party governance of Western countries has fallen in chaos.This not only brings the issue of political party governance to the forefront of all countries in the world,but also shows that the Western political party model has been caught in an unprecedented predicament.(2)to rule a country properly,political parties must be strictly governed.The CPC stands in solidarity with Chinese people,has no special interests of its own,and never represents any interest group or any privileged class.This Marxist party model with Chinese characteristics fundamentally transcends the Western party model.It is the systemic superiority of CPC that enables it to govern itself strictly and realize self-revolution.(3)the leap from the first to the second answer.For a long time,especially since entering the new era,the CPC has relied on developing people's democracy and accepting people's supervision on one hand,and on comprehensively governing the CPC strictly and promoting self-revolution on the other.Thus the CPC has come up with a successful way to ensure that the CPC"will not deteriorate in quality,color,or taste".Xi Jinping's important thought on the CPC's self-revolution condenses both the rich practical experiences and the important theoretical achievements of the CPC's governance in the new era,especially the"nine requirements",which is the latest achievement in deepening the understanding of the regularity of self-revolution.It summarizes the CPC's successful approach to solving the world-wide problems of political party governance.
