摘  要:目的研究等离子体空气消毒机消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供依据。方法通过模拟现场消毒试验和仪器检测方法,对某等离子体空气消毒机室内空气净化和消毒效果进行观察。结果该等离子体空气消毒机在最高档状态下运行60 min,对10 m^(3)试验舱空气中白色葡萄球菌杀灭率均>99.90%;置于80 m^(3)密闭房间内运行120 min,对空气中自然菌清除率均>90%。净化后空气中浮游菌浓度为109 cfu/m^(3),直径≥0.5μm悬浮粒子浓度平均值95%置信度上限为1316511粒/m^(3)。结论该等离子体空气消毒机对密闭性室内空气具有一定的消毒净化效果。Objective To investigate the disinfection related performance of a plasma air disinfection machine and provide a basis for practical application.Methods Using simulating on-site disinfection experiments and instrument detection methods,the indoor air purification and disinfection effect of a plasma air disinfection machine were observed.Results The plasma air disinfection machine operated at the highest level for 60 min,and the killing rates of Staphylococcus albus in the air of a 10 m^(3)experimental chamber were all>99.90%;when the plasma air disinfection machine was placed in an 80 m^(3)sealed room and operated for 120 min,the removal rates of natural bacteria in the air were all more than 90%.After purification,the concentration of plankton in the air was 109 cfu/m^(3),and the upper limit of the average concentration of suspended particles≥0.5μm was 1316511 particles/m^(3).Conclusion The plasma air disinfection machine has a certain disinfection and purification effect on sealed indoor air.
