摘　　要：目的观察一种微酸性次氯酸消毒剂的毒性。方法采用动物毒性试验方法,对某微酸性次氯酸消毒剂毒性进行评价。结果该微酸性次氯酸消毒剂原液有效氯含量为550 mg/L。该消毒剂原液对小鼠的急性经口毒性LD_(50)值>5000 mg/(kg·bw);对小鼠的急性吸入毒性LC_(50)值>10000 mg/m^(3)。该消毒剂原液对豚鼠的完整皮肤和破损皮肤刺激性指数为0;对家兔眼黏膜和阴道黏膜均为极轻刺激性。该消毒剂原液对豚鼠的皮肤变态反应为未见皮肤出现变态反应。结论该微酸性次氯酸消毒剂安全性良好,对黏膜有极轻微刺激作用,属于实际无毒物质。Objective To observe the toxicity of a slightly acidic hypochloric acid disinfectant.Methods Animal toxicity tests were used to evaluate the toxicity of a slightly acidic hypochloric acid disinfectant.Results The available chlorine content of the stock solution of the slightly acidic hypochloric acid disinfectant was 550 mg/L.LD_(50) of the acute oral toxicity of the stock solution of the disinfectant for mice was>5000 mg/(kg·bw);LC_(50) of the acute inhalation toxicity for mice was>10000 mg/m^(3).The irritation index of the stock solution of the disinfectant to intact skin and damaged skin of guinea pigs was 0;It was extremely mild irritant to both the ocular mucosa and vaginal mucosa of rabbits.The stock solution of the disinfectant showed no allergic reaction on the skin of guinea pigs.Conclusion The slightly acidic hypochloric acid disinfectant has good safety and has a very mild irritant effect on the mucosa,and it is a practically non-toxic substance.
