摘  要:目的研究紫外线空气消毒机对黑曲霉菌的杀灭效果及其影响因素。方法采用气溶胶染菌和空气采样器采样检测以及电镜观察的方法,对某紫外线空气消毒机杀灭黑曲霉菌的效果及其杀菌原理进行观察。结果该紫外线空气消毒机内装UV-LED紫外线灯管,垂直1 m处紫外线辐照度值为10~2μW/cm^(2),循环风量为350 m^(3)/h。启动该紫外线空气消毒机作用1 h,对30 m^(3)试验空间内空气中黑曲霉菌的杀灭率为99.29%。该紫外线空气消毒机的杀灭效果与作用时间和循环风量呈正相关性。扫描电镜观察发现,经该紫外线空气消毒机消毒处理后的黑曲霉菌丝体和孢子结构均遭到显著破坏。结论该紫外线空气消毒机对空气中黑曲霉菌具有一定杀灭效果,主要通过破坏黑曲霉菌细胞微观结构导致其死亡。Objective To study the killing effect of ultraviolet air disinfection machine on Aspergillus niger and its influencing factors.Methods Aerosol contamination and air sampler sampling detection,as well as electron microscopy observation were used to observe the killing effect of a ultraviolet air disinfection machine on Aspergillus niger and its bactericidal principle.Results The ultraviolet air disinfection machine was equipped with UV-LED ultraviolet lamps,with a ultraviolet radiation intensity of 102μW/cm^(2) at a vertical distance of 1 m and a circulating air volume of 350 m^(3)/h.After activating the ultraviolet air disinfection machine for 1 h,the killing rate of Aspergillus niger in the air of a 30 m^(3)test space was 99.29%.The killing effect of the ultraviolet air disinfection machine was positively correlated with the action time and circulating air volume.Scanning electron microscopy observation showed that the mycelium and spore structure of Aspergillus niger were significantly damaged after treatment by the ultraviolet air disinfection machine.Conclusion The ultraviolet air disinfection machine has a certain killing effect on Aspergillus niger in the air,mainly by destroying the cellular microstructure of Aspergillus niger to result in bacterial death.
