摘　　要：目的了解我国消毒领域的标准物质种类及使用情况,为今后标准物质的合理使用及完善扩充提供参考及依据。方法采用问卷星调查方法,对国内疾病预防控制机构、医疗卫生机构、第三方检验机构等涉及消毒领域单位的标准物质使用情况进行调查。结果本次调查涉及26个省市124家单位,有效问卷180份,其中工作中使用标准物质的单位占比85.56%,认为标准物质能够满足工作及实验需求占比91.67%;消毒产品理化检验及研究中使用的标准物质种类最多,达50种,除常用硫代硫酸钠和胍类标准溶液外,其他占比20.29%。标准菌株使用种类也较多,而病毒和细胞相对使用种类较少。结论国内消毒领域标准物质中理化检验、微生物检验及相关研究所需标准物质种类较多,同时存在标准物质购买途径较少、种类少、质量无法保证等问题,建议建立消毒领域标准物质目录,由省级以上权威机构统一提供。Objective To understand the types and usage of standard substances in the field of disinfection in China so as to provide reference and basis for the rational use,improvement and expansion of standard substances in the future.Methods A questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the use of standard substances by domestic disease prevention and control institutions,medical and health institutions,third-party inspection institutions,and other institutions involved in the field of disinfection.Results This survey involved 26 provinces and cities and 124 institutions,with 180 valid questionnaires.Among them,85.56%of institutions used standard substances in work,and 91.67%believed that standard substances could meet work and experimental needs.There were 50 types of standard substances used in the physical and chemical inspection and research of disinfection products.With the exception of commonly used standard substances such as sodium thiosulfate and guanidine standard solutions,other substances accounted for 20.29%.There were also many types of standard strains used,while viruses and cell lines were relatively less commonly used.The survey results showed that it was difficult to purchase standard substances in the disinfection field and the quality could not be guaranteed.Conclusion There are many types of standard substances required for physical and chemical testing,microbiological testing,and related research in the field of disinfection in China.At the same time,there are problems such as limited channels for purchasing standard substances,limited types,and inability to guarantee quality.IIt is recommended to establish a directory of standard substances in the field of disinfection and stand strais should be provided by provincial authoritative institutions uniformly.
