摘　　要：目的观察稀碘伏溶液在急诊开放性手外伤洗消中的应用效果。方法采用医院感染监测和病原菌分离鉴定技术,观察稀碘伏溶液用于急诊开放性手外伤清洗消毒的效果,同时与低浓度过氧化氢作平行比较。结果对照组97例患者用4500 mg/L过氧化氢生理盐水清洗消毒伤口,切口延迟愈合率为5.15%,切口感染率为2.06%。观察组297例患者分为3组,依次有97、98、100例,分别用750、500和250 mg/L有效碘的碘伏生理盐水溶液清洗消毒伤口,总体切口延迟愈合率为4.44%,切口感染率为3.07%。对照组病原学标本14例,细菌检出率为35.71%;观察组病原学标本46例,细菌检出率为36.96%。结论用低浓度碘伏和低浓度过氧化氢洗消开放性手外伤伤口,防控切口感染的效果基本一致。Objective To observe the application of dilute iodine solution in the decontamination of emergency open hand injuries.Methods Nosocomial infection monitoring and pathogen isolation and identification techniques were used to observe the effect of dilute iodine solution in cleaning and disinfecting emergency open hand injuries,and parallel comparison was made with hydrogen peroxide of low concentration.Results In the control group of 97 patients,wounds were cleaned and disinfected with 4500 mg/L hydrogen peroxide saline solution,and the rate of delayed wound healing was 5.15%and the infection rate of wound was 2.06%.The observation group used iodophor saline solutions of 750,500,and 250 mg/L available iodine to clean and disinfect the wounds,and the rate of delayed wound healing was 4.44%while the infection rate of wound was 3.07%.There were 14 pathogenic specimens in the control group,with a detection rate of bacteria 35.71%.T here were 46 pathogenic s pecimens in the obs ervation group,with a detection rate of bacteria 36.96%.Conclusion The use of low concentration iodine and low concentration hydrogen peroxide to disinfect open hand injuries has a similar effect in preventing and controlling incis ion infections.
