摘　　要：目的了解医疗机构消化内镜清洗消毒现状及其影响因素,为规范内镜清洗消毒工作提供参考。方法采用问卷调查和现场观察方法,对昆明市27家医疗机构内镜中心(室)内镜清洗现状进行调查分析。结果在27家医疗机构中,6家机构设内镜中心,21家机构设内镜室;59.26%的内镜中心(室)配置超声清洗器,有44.44%的配置了全自动内镜清洗消毒机。内镜无菌附件使用高效消毒剂浸泡消毒者占33.33%。结论多数医疗机构内镜中心能按相关标准和规范要求开展内镜清洗消毒工作,但清洗消毒设施设备配备不足,清洗消毒工作管理薄弱,需要加强监管。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of cleaning and disinfection of gastrointestinal endoscopes in medical institutions,and to provide reference for standardizing cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes.Methods Questionnaire survey and on-site inspection were conducted to investigate and analyze the current situation of endoscope cleaning in endoscopy centers(rooms)of 27 medical institutions in Kunming.Results Among the 27 medical institutions,there were 6 with endoscopy centers and 21 with endoscopy rooms.59.26%of endoscopy centers(rooms)were equipped with ultrasound cleaners,and 44.44%were equipped with fully automatic machines for endoscopic cleaning and disinfection.33.33%used high-efficiency disinfectants to soak endoscopic sterile attachments.Conclusion Most endoscopy centers in medical institutions are able to carry out endoscopic cleaning and disinfection work in accordance with relevant standards and specifications,but the equipment and facilities for cleaning and disinfection are insufficient,and the management of cleaning and disinfection work is weak.It is needed to strengthen supervision.
