摘　　要：肥胖是一种慢性低度炎症状态,是糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常和恶性肿瘤发生的危险因素,其发展形势日益严峻。核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)相关信号通路是参与机体免疫应答与炎症反应的关键信号通路,在肥胖者体内,NF-κB的表达被过度激活,从而使机体产生异常的炎症反应。因此有望通过调控NF-κB信号通路减轻炎症以治疗肥胖,且已有大量科研成果证明其有效性。目前对于NF-κB信号通路的研究多集中在肿瘤领域,尚未有对该通路介导肥胖的机制及中医药治疗做系统综述。该文基于现有研究系统综述了NF-κB相关信号通路介导肥胖的病理生理过程及中医药治疗的研究进展,以期为肥胖的中医药临床治疗提供思路,并为生物学基础探索及中药新药研发提供参考靶点及研究方向。Obesity is a chronic low-grade inflammation and a risk factor for diseases such as diabetes,hypertension,dyslipidemia,and malignant tumors,demonstrating an increasingly grim development situation.The nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway is a key signaling pathway involved in the immune response and inflammatory response.In obese individuals,the expression of NF-κB is overactivated,which leads to abnormal inflammatory responses in the body.Therefore,it is expected to alleviate inflammation and treat obesity by regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway,which has been proven effective by a large number of studies.The available studies on the NF-κB signaling pathway mostly focus on tumors,and there is no systematic review of the mechanism of this pathway in mediating obesity and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment.We reviewed the research progress in the pathological and physiological processes of obesity mediated by NF-κB signaling pathway and TCM treatment,aiming to give insights into the clinical treatment of obesity with TCM and provide reference targets and research directions for exploring the biological foundations and the development of new TCM preparations.
