摘　　要：进入新时代,西部大开发进程中生态保护修复取得重大成效,高质量发展能力明显提升,开放型经济格局加快构建,人民生活水平稳步提高,为建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化提供了前提条件。然而,生态环境保护和建设的趋势性、结构性、根源性压力尚未根本缓解,新质生产力亟待加快培育,“双循环”格局纵深推进与“四链”融合发展层次较低,基本公共服务对高质量发展的支撑较弱,成为制约人与自然和谐共生现代化建设的突出问题。科学谋划西部大开发进程中人与自然和谐共生现代化的实践路径,并提出相应的对策建议,处理好高水平保护、高质量发展和筑牢国家生态安全屏障的辩证关系,以开放创新推动产业创新,培育和发展绿色生产力,为打造人与自然和谐共生现代化的“西部引擎”提供镜鉴。In the new era,the process of ecological protection and restoration in the development of the western region has achieved significant results,the capacity for high-quality development has been significantly enhanced,the construction of an open economic pattern has been accelerated,and the living standard of the people has steadily improved,thus providing the prerequisites for the construction of modernization,in which human beings coexist harmoniously with nature.However,the trend,structure and root causes of ecological environmental protection and construction have not yet been fundamentally alleviated,new productivity needs to be accelerated,the"double-cycle"pattern should be deepened and"four-chain"integration and development is lower,and the support of basic public services for high-quality development is relatively weak,which have become prominent problems that restrict the construction of modernization in a harmonious coexistence between man and nature.The paper scientifically plans the practical path of modernization of harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature in the process of western development drive,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to deal with the dialectical relationship among high-level protection,high-quality development and the consolidation of the national ecological security barrier,which will promote industrial innovation with open innovation,foster and develop green productive forces,and provide a reference for the creation of"a western engine"of modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
