摘 要:为了分离钛白废酸中的Sc与杂质离子,研究了N503-P204和TBP-P204两种协萃体系对钛白废酸中的Sc、Ti、Fe和Al的萃取分离行为。结果表明:在25℃、O/A=1∶20条件下,通过二级逆流萃取,5%N503+5%P204+90%磺化煤油、5%TBP+5%P204+90%磺化煤油体系的Sc萃取率分别达99.74%和99.73%。在N503-P204协萃体系中,在温度35℃、O/A=1∶2条件下,用1 mol/L磷酸二级逆流洗涤出99.34%Ti,而TBP-P204协萃体系在同等条件下只能洗涤出66.22%Ti。结合红外表征证实了N503-P204协萃体系对Sc的萃取分离效果优于TBP-P204协萃体系。在N503-P204协萃体系中,用2 mol/L氢氧化钠在50℃、O/A=3∶1的条件下进行反萃,Sc反萃率达到99.28%,同时将Fe、Al等杂质留在有机相中,实现了Sc的回收。In order to separate Sc and impurity ions from titanium white waste acid,the extraction and separation behaviors of Sc,Ti,Fe and Al from titanium white waste acid by N503-P204 and TBP-P204 synergistic extraction systems were studied.The results show that the Sc extraction rates in the systems of 5%N503+5%P204+90%sulfonated kerosene and 5%TBP+5%P204+90%sulfonated kerosene are 99.74%and 99.73%,respectively by two-stage countercurrent extraction under the conditions of 25℃and O/A=1∶20.In the N503-P204 synergistic extraction system,99.34%Ti is eluted with 1 mol/L phosphoric acid through two-stage countercurrent washing under the conditions of 35℃and O/A=1∶2,while only 66.22%Ti is eluted in TBP-P204 synergistic extraction system under the same conditions.Combined with infrared characterization,it is confirmed that the extraction and separation efficiency of N503-P204 synergistic extraction system on Sc is superior to that of TBP-P204 synergistic extraction system.In N503-P204 synergistic extraction system,when 2 mol/L sodium hydroxide is used for stripping under the conditions of 50℃and O/A=3∶1,Sc stripping rate reaches 99.28%,while Fe,Al and other impurities are left in the organic phase,realizing Sc recovery.
