摘 要:针对稀土产业集聚区产业链上下游企业缺乏协同、资源配置效率低等问题,提出稀土产业集聚区网络协同制造技术与系统,构建协同设计、制造和服务一体化机制与企业智能决策方法。该系统支撑制造全链条信息、业务和资源的深度融合,以及研发/供应/生产/销售/服务业务全流程和产品全生命周期的协同迭代,为形成设计/制造/服务一体化、产业链与市场无缝协作的网络协同制造系统提供技术支撑。通过应用示范案例阐述了上述方法在提升企业资源配置效率和促进企业间协作等方面的成效。In response to issues such as the lack of coordination among upstream and downstream enterprises and low resource allocation efficiency in the industrial chain of the rare earth industry clusters,the network collaborative manufacturing technology and system for rare earth industry clusters are proposed.It constructs an integration mechanism for collaborative design,manufacturing,and service and intelligent decision-making methods for enterprises.This system supports the deep integration of information,operations,and resources across the entire manufacturing chain,enabling collaboration and iteration across the whole operation process of R&D,supply,production,sales,and service and the entire product lifecycle.It provides technical support for establishing a network collaborative manufacturing system that integrates design,manufacturing,and service and facilitates seamless collaboration between the industrial chain and the market.The effectiveness of the above method in improving enterprise resource allocation efficiency and promoting inter-enterprise collaboration is illustrated through demonstrative application cases.
