摘 要:以TiO_(2)、Cr_(2)O_(3)、V_(2)O_(5)、Nb_(2)O_(5)、MoO_(3)和炭黑为原料,采用机械合金化+碳热还原氮化法制备高熵陶瓷固溶体粉末(Ti,Cr,V,Nb,Mo)(C,N),并借助XRD、SEM等表征手段对反应产物的物相组成和微观组织进行了分析。结果表明:在碳热还原氮化温度1600℃、球磨转速600 r/min和球磨时间120 min下,产物为平均粒径约3μm、元素分布均匀且具有单一相成分的高品质(Ti,Cr,V,Nb,Mo)(C,N)高熵陶瓷固溶体粉末。碳热还原氮化温度是影响高熵陶瓷固溶体粉末合成的主要因素,其次是球磨转速,而球磨时间影响最小。增加碳热还原氮化温度、球磨转速和球磨时间在不同程度上均有利于元素固溶,但对抑制晶粒长大有负面影响。(Ti,Cr,V,Nb,Mo)(C,N)high-entropy ceramic solid solution powders were prepared via mechanical alloying plus carbothermal reduction-nitridation method with TiO_(2),Cr_(2)O_(3),V_(2)O_(5),Nb_(2)O_(5),MoO_(3)and carbon black as raw materials.The phase composition and microstructure of the reaction products were characterized using X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that high-quality(Ti,Cr,V,Nb,Mo)(C,N)high-entropy ceramic solid solution powders with an average particle size of about 3μm,uniform element distribution and single phase composition were successfully synthesized at the carbothermal reduction-nitridation temperature of 1600℃with the ball milling speed and time of 600 r/min and 120 min.Carbonthermal reduction-nitridation temperature is the main factor affecting the synthesis of high-entropy ceramic solid solution powders,followed by ball milling speed,and the ball milling time has the least effect.Increasing carbonthermal reduction-nitridation temperature,ball milling speed and ball milling time are beneficial to solid solution of elements,but has a negative effect on inhibiting grain growth.
