摘  要:采用氮气和氩气两种保护气体通过选区激光熔化成形WC-12Co硬质合金,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪及洛氏硬度计分析了成形WC-12Co硬质合金的物相组成、组织形貌、元素分布及硬度。结果表明,与氮气作为保护气体相比,氩气中成形的WC-12Co硬质合金具有孔洞少、晶粒度小、硬度高的优势。本文为后续选区激光熔化成形WC-12Co硬质合金保护气体的选择提供了参考。WC-12Co cemented carbide was formed by selective laser melting using two protective gases of nitrogen and argon.The phase composition,microstructure,element distribution and hardness of the formed WC-12Co cemented carbide were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopeenergy dispersive spectrometer and Rockwell hardness tester.The results show that compared with nitrogen as the protective gas,WC-12Co cemented carbide formed in argon has the advantages of few pores,small grain size and high hardness.It provides a reference for the selection of protective gas for subsequent selective laser melting forming of WC-12Co cemented carbide.
