摘 要:探讨GA_(3)及GA_(3)和CPPU组合对紫甜无核葡萄果实品质及着色的影响,筛选出适宜提升紫甜无核葡萄品质的植物生长调节剂浓度和配比,为该品种在广西地区栽培提供参考。以3年生紫甜无核葡萄为试材,用不同浓度的GA_(3)以及GA_(3)+CPPU混合液浸泡果穗,果实成熟期对果实单粒重、可溶性固形物含量、单宁含量等品质指标及果实着色指标L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)值进行测定分析。结果表明,所有处理的可溶性固形物含量均高于对照,25 mg/L GA_(3)处理果实维生素C含量最高,50 mg/L GA_(3)处理h°值最高,表明GA_(3)处理更有利于提高果实内在品质,促进果实着色。50 mg/L GA_(3)+5 mg/L CPPU处理单粒重最大,达5.89 g,果粒纵径和横径均较大,分别是27.43 mm和19.42 mm,表明GA_(3)+CPPU混合液处理可明显增加果粒大小、单粒重,提高葡萄外观品质。综合各项指标来看,在广西地区果实膨大初期使用25 mg/L GA_(3)处理或25 mg/L GA_(3)+5mg/L CPPU处理均可达到提高紫甜无核葡萄果实品质及着色的效果,有效提高果实商品性,增加经济效益。Exploring the effects of two plant growth regulators,GA_(3) and CPPU,and their combinations on the quality and coloring of‘Zitian Seedless’grape berries,selecting the appropriate concentration and ratio of plant growth regulators to improve the quality of‘Zitian Seedless’grape,and providing reference for its cultivation in Guangxi.Three years old‘Zitian Seedless’grapes were used as the test material.Different concentrations of GA_(3) and GA_(3)+CPPU mixed solution were used to immerse the fruit ears.During the fruit ripening period,quality indicators such as single grain weight,total soluble solids,titratable acid,and fruit coloring indicators L^(*),a^(*),and b^(*)value were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the soluble solids in GA_(3) treatment were higher than those in CK,the vitamin C content in 25 mg/L GA_(3) treatment was the highest at 11.3 mg/kg,and the h°value in 50 mg/L GA_(3) treatment was the highest at 46.0%higher than that in the CK,indicating that GA_(3) treatment is more conducive to improving the intrinsic quality of berries and promoting berry coloring.The longitudinal and transverse diameters of the berry grains in the 50 mg/L GA_(3)+5 mg/L CPPU treatment were both larger,27.43 mm and 19.42 mm,respectively.The longitudinal and transverse diameters of the berry grains in the CK were the smallest,indicating that the GA_(3)+CPPU mixture treatment significantly promoted fruit elongation,increased single grain weight,and improved various indicators of grape appearance traits.From the perspective of fruit characteristics,the optimal solution is to use 25 mg/L GA_(3) or 25 mg/L GA_(3)+5 mg/L CPPU in the early stage of fruit enlargement,both of which can improve the quality and coloring of‘Zitian Seedless’grape berry,effectively enhance fruit commercialization,and increase economic benefits.
