摘 要:为提高草莓育苗的繁苗数量和质量,以草莓主栽品种红颜为研究对象,采用基质育苗,在母株定植后7 d和14 d分别接入植物根际促生菌解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Ba)、贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bv)、荧光假单胞菌(Pf)和3种混合菌液(Mix),以清水为对照,研究其对草莓母株生长、匍匐茎数量、子苗数量和质量的影响。结果表明:施加菌剂对定植30 d和60 d后草莓母株的叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)及株高的影响均不显著,60 d后Pf处理对草莓母株的叶面积、地上部生物量及地下部生物量均有明显的促进作用;菌剂处理均促进了草莓苗繁育,提高了匍匐茎和子苗数量、子苗生物量,Pf处理和Mix处理的作用更为显著。施加植物根际促生菌剂可以促进草莓生长及子苗繁育,为进一步开发研制草莓促生菌剂或微生物有机肥提供理论依据和数据支撑。In order to enhance the quantity and quality of strawberry seedlings,this study focused on the main cultivated variety‘Benihoppe’and employed substrate seedling cultivation.At 7 and 14 days after the establishment of the mother plants,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(Ba),Bacillus velezensis(Bv),Pseudomonas fluorescens(Pf),and three mixed bacterial solutions(Mix)were inoculated separately,with water serving as the control.The study investigated their effects on the growth of strawberry mother plants,the number of stolons,and the quantity and quality of offshoots.The results showed that the application of bacterial agents had no significant impact on the SPAD and plant height of strawberry mother plants at 30 and 60 days of growth.However,the Pf treatment significantly promoted leaf area,aboveground biomass,and belowground biomass of strawberry mother plants after 60 days.All bacterial agent treatments facilitated strawberry propagation,increasing the number of stolons,offshoots,and offshoot biomass,with Pf and Mix treatments showing more significant effects.The application of plant growth-promoting bacteria can stimulate strawberry growth and offshoot propagation.This research provides a theoretical basis and experimental foundation for further development of strawberry growth-promoting agents or microbial organic fertilizers.
