摘 要:为研究干旱胁迫对香蕉幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,使用PEG-6000模拟土壤干旱对香蕉幼苗进行干旱胁迫处理,测定不同浓度PEG-6000(5%、10%、15%)模拟干旱胁迫对香蕉幼苗生长状态、叶片相对含水量、叶片相对电导率和脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、MDA含量,以及抗氧化酶活性和根系活力的影响。结果表明:随着PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫浓度的增加,香蕉幼苗叶片逐渐枯萎发黄,长势下降;叶片相对含水量和根系活力均逐渐降低;叶片相对电导率和脯氨酸、MDA含量及POD活性均逐渐升高;可溶性蛋白含量和SOD、CAT活性均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,且均在10%PEG-6000浓度处理下达到最大值。表明香蕉幼苗在5%PEG-6000和10%PEG-6000浓度的干旱胁迫时,可通过自身的调节以及抗氧化酶保护系统等减轻干旱带来的伤害。To study the effects of drought stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of banana seedlings,PEG-6000 were used to simulate soil drought and treat banana seedlings under drought stress.The effects of different concentrations of PEG-6000(5%,10%,15%)simulated drought stress on the growth status,leaf relative water content,leaf relative conductivity,and the content of proline,soluble protein,MDA,and antioxidant enzyme activity,and root activity of banana seedlings were measured.The results showed that as the simulated drought stress concentration of PEG-6000 increased,the leaves of banana seedlings gradually withered and turned yellow,and their growth declined;the leaf relative water content and root vitality gradually decreased;the leaf relative conductivity,the content of proline and MDA,and POD activity gradually increased;the soluble protein content and the activities of SOD and CAT showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and both reached their maximum values under the treatment of 10%PEG-6000 concentration.This indicated that banana seedlings can alleviate the damage caused by drought through their own regulation and antioxidant enzyme protection system under 5%and 10%PEG-6000 concentration drought stress.
