摘 要:为明确引起早蜜椪柑果脐褐斑病的病原,采用组织分离方法对病株进行分离纯化,获得菌株HB-1和HB-2,并对其进行形态学观察、致病力测定及ITS序列分子鉴定;同时,采用菌丝生长速率法进行毒力测定,筛选能有效抑制病原菌的杀菌剂。结果表明:引起早蜜椪柑果脐褐斑病的病原有2种,分别为链格孢菌和炭疽菌;经ITS序列分析,分离的链格孢菌属于Section Alternaria,炭疽菌属于Colletotrichum gloeosporioides;80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对链格孢菌和炭疽菌的EC_(50)分别为58.44μg/m L和136.19μg/m L,25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂的EC_(50)分别为0.96μg/m L和4.03μg/m L,50%氟啶胺悬浮剂的EC_(50)分别为0.39μg/m L和0.06μg/m L,3种杀菌剂的抑制效果表现为氟啶胺>吡唑醚菌酯>代森锰锌,为早蜜椪柑果脐褐斑病的防控提供了参考依据和指导。In order to identify the pathogen causing brown spot disease of‘Zaomi’ponkan fruit navel,tissue isolation method was used to isolate and purify the pathogens,and the pathogens HB-1 and HB-2 were obtained.They were subjected to morphological observation,pathogenicity detection and molecular identification of the ITS sequences.Using the mycelial growth rate method,toxicity measurement was carried out to screen fungicides for control of this disease.The results indicated that brown spot disease of‘Zaomi’ponkan fruit navel was found to be caused by two pathogens,Section Alternaria and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.The results of toxicity measurement showed that the EC_(50) of 80%mancozeb wettable powder were 58.44μg/mL for HB-1 and 136.19μg/mL for HB-2,the EC_(50) of 25%pyraclostrobin suspension agent were 0.96μg/mL for HB-1 and 4.03μg/mL for HB-2,and the EC_(50) of 50%fluazinam suspension agent were 0.39μg/mL for HB-1 and 0.06μg/mL for HB-2.These three fungicides could be ranked in decreasing order of inhibition rate as follows:fluazinam>pyraclostrobin>mancozeb.These results will provide a basis and guidance for the prevention and control of brown spot disease of‘Zaomi’ponkan fruit navel.
