摘　　要：急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)是临床常见危重症,探索潜在治疗价值的中药复方具有积极的现实意义。ALI的关键病机为正虚毒恋,通过益气解毒法治疗该病具有益气不碍邪,解毒不伤正的优势。感毒清作为“十二五”国家重大创新中药复方,是益气解毒法的代表方剂,对多种呼吸道疾病具有较好的治疗作用。黄芪甲苷作为感毒清的质量控制成分,通过抑制炎症反应、调控细胞自噬、抑制细胞凋亡和铁死亡发挥ALI的保护作用。研究提示感毒清对ALI具有潜在的治疗价值,值得未来进一步研究。Acute lung injury(ALI)is a common critical condition in clinical practice,and exploring the therapeutic potential of TCM prescription holds significant practical value.The core pathogenesis of ALI lies in a deficiency of healthy qi coupled with lingering toxins.The“tonifying qi and detoxifying”therapeutic approach offers the advantage of reinforcing qi without hindering the elimination of pathogenic factors and detoxifying without harming healthy qi.Ganduqing,a representative prescription of the“tonifying qi and detoxifying”method,was developed as part of China s“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”for major innovative TCM herbal compound and has demonstrated notable efficacy in treating various respiratory diseases.Astragaloside,the quality control component of Ganduqing,exhibits protective effects against ALI by inhibiting inflammatory responses,regulating autophagy,and suppressing apoptosis and ferroptosis.Current studies suggest that Ganduqing has potential therapeutic value for ALI and is worth further study.
