毫火针赞刺法对急性期带状疱疹肝经郁热型的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价毫火针赞刺法对急性期带状疱疹肝经郁热型患者临床疗效。方法将66例处于急性期的带状疱疹患者按随机数字信封法将其分为西药组和火针组,西药组予以常规西药疗法,火针组在常规治疗基础上加毫火针赞刺治疗,2组治疗4周后,评价治疗前后2组患者的带状疱疹综合症状评分、VAS量表评分、HAMA量表评分、HAMD量表评分、PSQI量表评分,从而对比2组患者的临床症状改善程度。结果2组患者治疗前的各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),4周疗程结束后,2组患者的带状疱疹综合症状评分、VAS量表评分、HAMA量表评分、HAMD量表评分、PSQI量表评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且火针组降低程度优于西药组(P<0.05);火针组显效率优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论毫火针赞刺治疗可有效减轻急性期带状疱疹肝经郁热型的各种临床症状,并缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪、减轻睡眠障碍。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fine Fire Needle Zan Ci technique in the treatment of patients with acute-phase herpes zoster with liver stagnation and heat type.Methods:Sixty-six patients in the acute phase of herpes zoster were randomly divided by using the envelope method into a western medicine group and a fire needle group.The western medicine group received standard pharmacological treatment and the fire needle group received additional treatment with Fine Fire Needle Zan Ci technique alongside standard pharmacological treatment.After four weeks of treatment,the comprehensive herpes zoster symptom scores,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in the two groups were evaluated so as to compare the degree of clinical symptom improvement with the pretherapy and post treatment.Results:Before the treatment,there were no significant differences between the groups in any of the scores(P>0.05).After the four-week course,both of the groups showed significant reductions in the herpes zoster symptom scores,VAS scores,HAMA scores,HAMD scores,and PSQI scores compared with the pretherapy(P<0.05).The reductions were more pronounced in the fire needle group than in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the fire needle group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Fine Fire Needle Zan Ci technique effectively alleviates various clinical symptoms of acute-phase herpes zoster patients with liver stagnation and heat type,and also reduces their anxiety and depression and improves their sleep disturbances.
