摘　　要：交通强国战略是实现中国式现代化的关键举措,也是推动经济、政治、社会、文化和科技全面发展的综合性战略。从自然哲学和社会科学两个领域深入探讨了中国式现代化建设背景下交通强国战略的哲学基础,剖析其理论根基与实践意义。研究指出,在自然哲学领域,交通作为物质运动的高级形态,其发展不仅推动了物质的高效流动,还促进了能量传递与信息交流。交通强国战略通过优化交通基础设施,实现了物质、能量和信息的高效整合,为社会的物质生产与人类生活提供了有力支撑。在社会科学领域,交通强国战略对经济、政治和社会发展具有深远影响,对文化发展和科技创新具有重要推动作用。经济上,交通强国是新时代中国经济的重要增长点,通过促进商品流通和扩大市场范围,推动了区域经济的协调发展。政治上,交通强国战略助力国家治理能力的提升,通过优化交通布局,增强了国家的应急救援能力和政治稳态。社会层面,交通强国战略促进了社会公平正义,通过改善交通基础设施,缩小了区域发展差距,推动了共同富裕的实现。文化上,交通网络的完善促进了文化的传播与交流,提升了国家的文化软实力。科技上,交通强国战略推动了智慧交通、新能源等领域的技术创新,为科技强国建设提供了有力支撑。该研究为理解交通强国战略的深远意义提供了新的视角,也为未来相关政策的制定与实施提供了理论支持。Building China into a country with strong transportation network is a key initiative for achieving Chinese-style modernization and is a comprehensive strategy that drives the overall development of the economy,politics,society,culture,and technology.This paper explores the philosophical foundation of the strategy in the context of Chinese-style modernization from the perspectives of natural philosophy and social sciences,analyzing its theoretical basis and practical significance.In natural philosophy,transportation,as a high form of material movement,not only promotes the efficient flow of materials but also facilitates energy transmission and information exchange.Therefore,the strategy achieves the efficient integration of materials,energy,and information by optimiz-ing transportation infrastructure and provides strong support for material production and human life.In the domain of social sciences,the strategy has a profound impact on economic,political,and social development and plays a significant role in promoting cultural development and technological innovation.To be more specific,in terms of economics,the strategy is an important growth point for China's economy in the new era,driving coordinated re-gional economic development by promoting the circulation of goods and expanding market scope.Politically,the strategy not merely enhances national governance capabilities but also reinforces emergency response capacity and political stability through optimized transportation planning.When it comes to the social level,the strategy pro-motes social equity and justice by improving transportation infrastructure,reducing regional development gaps,and contributing to the realization of common prosperity.Culturally,the improvement of transportation networks fosters the dissemination and exchange of culture,enhancing the national cultural soft power.Last but no least,technologi-cally,the strategy promotes innovation in smart transportation and new energy technologies,providing strong sup-port for building a technologic
