摘 要:聚焦于我国烟草企业工商物流协同流程的优化,旨在通过精益管理思想与流程重组方法,提升烟草企业物流协同效率,推动行业高质量发展。本研究在全面分析烟草企业工商物流发展现状与协同水平的基础上,系统总结了工商物流协同业务流程中存在的瓶颈及优化关键点。结合流程优化重组方法与精益管理思想,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,针对订单计划、库存管理与运输调度等协同环节,提出了以订单计划为抓手的全流程精益管理框架、工商共库联合运作模式、库存预警模型、规范化的运输调度体系以及精准运输调度流程优化方案。通过优化计划调控、资源共享、联合管理、信息互联以及规范精益管理等流程,有效降低了订单响应时间与物流成本,改善了工商资源共享和库存结构布局,提升了运输调度效率与客户满意度等核心指标,实现了工商物流交互流程的精准对接与全流程的精益管理。该研究为烟草企业工商物流协同的未来发展提供了理论支持和实践指导,具有重要的现实意义。This paper aims to enhance logistics collaboration efficiency through lean management principles and process reengineering methods by focusing on the optimization of collaborative processes in industrial and com-mercial logistics of China's tobacco enterprises to promote its high-quality development.The study provides a com-prehensive analysis of the status quo and collaboration level of industrial and commercial logistics in tobacco enter-prises,investigating the bottlenecks and key optimization points within collaborative processes.By integrating pro-cess optimization and reengineering methods with lean management principles,the study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to address critical aspects such as order planning,inventory management,and transportation scheduling.Specifically,it proposes a full-process lean management framework centered on order planning,a joint inventory operation model coupled with an inventory warning system,and a standardized transporta-tion scheduling system with optimized precision scheduling processes.Through the process optimization in planning coordination,resource sharing,joint management,information connectivity,and standardized lean management,to-bacco enterprises can effectively reduce the order response time and logistics costs,optimize the resource sharing and inventory structure layout,enhance key performance indicators such as transportation scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.These advancements facilitate precise alignment of logistics interaction processes and the im-plementation of full-process lean management in industrial and commercial logistics operations,thereby offering both theoretical and practical guidance for the future development of industrial and commercial logistics collabora-tion in tobacco enterprises.
