摘  要:水稻育秧是水稻全程机械化的研究重点和难点,当前我国有关水稻工厂化育秧设备技术的研究相对薄弱,特别是工厂化育秧流水线播种后的田间铺盘工作,人工取盘铺放作业存在劳动强度大,整齐度偏低及自动化程度低等问题,严重影响了工厂化育秧的生产效率。通过分析国内外水稻育秧播种田间铺盘装置的发展现状、特点及工作原理,并对现有田间铺盘装置面临的挑战进行了系统性的总结,为研发更加高效、智能、轻简型的水稻育秧田间铺盘装置进行了展望,旨在为我国水稻育秧田间铺盘装置的发展提供帮助。Rice seedling raising is a key focus and challenge in the study of rice mechanization.Currently,research on rice factory seedling equipment technology in China is relatively weak,especially concerning the field tray laying work after the mechanized sowing process in factory seedling production lines.Manual tray picking and laying operations are characterized by high labor intensity,low uniformity,and low automation,which significantly affect the production efficiency of factory seedling raising.This article analyzed the current development status,characteristics,and working principles of rice seedling sowing field tray laying devices both domestically and internationally,systematically summarized the challenges faced by existing field tray laying devices,and looked forward to the development of more efficient,intelligent,and lightweight rice seedling field tray laying devices,aiming to provide assistance for the advancement of such devices in China.
