摘 要:破壳取仁是核桃进行精加工的基础,也是核桃产业发展的重要环节。在全面剖析了目前核桃破壳机械的研究现状后,发现现有核桃破壳机械的研究多聚焦于不同破壳方式下的机械设计,但对核桃破壳机理和机电一体化技术的研究仍显不足。为此,该文建议应用3D扫描仪和逆向设计技术构建精确的核桃三维分析模型,以深入探究核桃破壳的内在机制。在此基础上,可进一步开发核桃破壳取仁的机电一体化设备,实现核桃破壳取仁的自动化和智能化,促进我国核桃加工业的发展。Shelling and kernel extraction from walnuts is the basis for the refined processing of walnuts and an important link in the development of the walnut industry.This paper provided a comprehensive analysis of the current research status of walnut shelling machinery.The research on existing walnut shelling machinery is mostly focused on the mechanical design of different shelling methods,but the research on the shelling mechanism and mechatronics technology is still insufficient.Therefore,it is suggested to apply 3D scanners and reverse design technology to build an accurate three-dimensional analysis model of walnuts,in order to deeply explore the inner mechanism of walnut shelling.Based on this,a mechatronics equipment for walnut shelling and kernel extraction can be further developed to achieve automation and intelligence in walnut shelling and kernel extraction.It is hoped that walnut cracking machinery can achieve even higher levels of automation and intelligence,which will greatly promote the development of China's walnut processing industry.
