基于AWE龙门铣床立柱性能的验证分析

摘  要:为判定新型强力切削铣床龙门立柱设计性能的优劣,该文首先通过分析龙门整体结构在加工中对铣头位置的影响来确定产生变形最大差值的极限工况;然后采取理想连接约束假设方法简化机床横梁和铣头组件模型并计算立柱在各种工况下的受力情况;再使用有限元分析软件AWE对立柱进行静力学分析,提取立柱的总体、X向、Y向和Z向的变形量数据,求出极限位置立柱变形量最大差值;最后分析立柱的各向变形对机床几何精度的影响程度,以此来判断该型机床立柱的结构设计和尺寸选取是否能够满足切削要求。To determine the design performance of the new type of strong cutting milling machine column,by analyzing the extreme working conditions of the crossbeam and milling head during processing,the ideal connection constraint assumption method is adopted to simplify the machine tool model,calculate the force situation of the column under various working conditions.Then,the finite element analysis software AWE is used to perform the statics analysis on the column,extract the overall,X,Y,and Z deformation data of the column,and to obtain the maximum deformation difference of the uprights at the limit position.Finally,the degree to which the anisotropic deformation of the column in various directions affects the geometric accuracy of the machine tool is analyzed so as to determine whether the structural dimension design of the machine tool column can meet the cutting requirements.
