摘  要:该文从机床加工精度的角度,提出了一种基于空间误差模型的机床几何精度评价方法。重点对JB/T 10793.2-2007中给出的试切标准件进行了模拟加工,并对模拟结果进行了形状公差评估。评估结果验证了该方法的有效性。同时,提出了一种基于机床体积误差的空间误差模型精度评价方法,初步验证了该方法的可行性,并给出了对应的误差阈值。该方法为评估机床几何精度能否满足不同特征的加工需求以及机床维修保养提供了参考。From the perspective of machine tool machining accuracy,an evaluation method of machine tool geometric accuracy based on spatial error model was proposed in this article.The standard parts of test cut presented in JB/T 10793.2-2007 were simulated and machined.The shape tolerance evaluation of the simulation results was carried out,and the evaluation results showed the effectiveness of the method.At the same time,a spatial error model accuracy evaluation method based on machine tool volume error is proposed,the feasibility of this method is preliminarily verified,and the corresponding error threshold is given.This method provides a reference for evaluating whether the geometric accuracy of machine tools can meet the machining needs of different features and for machine tool maintenance.
