摘 要:为解决传统多目标工艺参数优化模型存在的优化结果不准确或偏离实际的问题,该文对基于有限元的卸船机前悬臂梁结构的疲劳性能进行分析。选择某桥式抓斗卸船机的前悬臂梁结构的疲劳开裂节段作为研究对象,采用ANSYS Workbench软件构建有限元模型。通过有限无应力分析,得出不同工况下卸船机前悬臂梁结构的疲劳寿命,其中抓斗满斗在前拉杆根部位置时的疲劳寿命最小。在疲劳寿命最小的工况下,前悬臂梁结构表现出应力集中现象,且部分计算点的疲劳强度未能满足相关规范要求。这一分析结果验证了有限元方法在预测卸船机前悬臂梁结构疲劳性能方面的有效性,揭示了结构的疲劳薄弱区域,为后续的结构优化提供了重要参考。To address the issue of inaccurate or unrealistic optimization results caused by traditional multi-objective process parameter optimization models,in this article,the fatigue performance of the cantilever beam structure in front of a ship unloader is analyzed based on finite element analysis.The fatigue cracking section of the front cantilever beam structure of a bridge grab ship unloader is selected as the research object in the article,and a finite element model is constructed by using the ANSYS Workbench software.Through the finite stress analysis,the fatigue life of the front cantilever beam structure of the ship unloader under different working conditions is obtained,among which the fatigue life of the grab bucket at the root position of the front tie rod is the smallest.Under the condition of minimum fatigue life,the front cantilever beam structure exhibits stress concentration,and the fatigue strength of some calculation points fails to meet the relevant specification requirements.This analysis confirms the effectiveness of the finite element method in predicting the fatigue performance of the cantilever beam structure in front of the ship unloader,revealing the weak fatigue areas of the structure and providing important references for subsequent structural optimization.
