摘　　要：文章通过对电气柜门板安装过程的研究与验证,探讨了一种门板安装辅助装置的配置方案、安装结构、操作方法,以求替代传统人力安装门板的安装方式,从而提升电气柜柜门的装配效率,节省人力投入,提高门板装配过程的安全性。通过选型合适物料、分析各部件结构尺寸对装配过程的影响等设计过程进行结构优化设计,使该门板安装辅助装置可满足不同尺寸电气柜在地面上或工作台上安装门板的生产需求。Through study and verification of the installation process of electrical cabinet door panels,the configuration scheme,installation structure and operation method for a door panel installation auxiliary device are explored to replace the traditional manual installation method and improve the assembly efficiency of electrical cabinet door panels,save labor input,and improve the safety of door panel assembly.By selecting suitable materials,analyzing the influence of each component′s structural dimensions on the assembly process,and optimizing the structural design,the door panel installation auxiliary device can meet the production needs of installing door panels on electrical cabinets of different sizes on the ground or workbench.
