摘 要:化学导电氧化是铝合金材料广泛采用的一种表面处理技术,完成化学导电氧化处理后铝合金材质零部件仍具备导电性和耐腐蚀性,并且其表面往往会出现外观颜色不均匀的现象。该文主要研究了铝合金在化学氧化后出现外观颜色不均匀的原因,并通过试验得出了采用适当喷砂方式或采用磁力研磨等处理手段可有效解决产品的外观一致性问题,从而提高了产品的外观质量。此方法可为化学导电氧化产品外观质量相关解决方案研究提供方法和参考。Chemical conductive oxidation is a widely used surface treatment technology for aluminum alloy materials,and aluminum alloy parts also have conductivity and corrosion resistance after the completion of the surface treatment,but the appearance color is often uneven after the surface treatment is completed.In this paper,the reasons for uneven appearance color of aluminum alloy caused by chemical oxidation are mainly studied,and it is found that the use of appropriate sandblasting methods or magnetic grinding and other treatment methods can effectively solve the problem of product consistency and improve the appearance quality of the product.This method can provide a method and reference for the research on solutions to improve the appearance quality of chemically conductive oxidized products.
