摘 要:该文以新型点接触圆弧曲线构型齿轮为对象,开展时变啮合刚度分析及计算。首先推导点接触圆弧曲线构型齿轮的齿面方程,依据给定设计参数建立啮合齿轮副的三维模型;其次利用ABAQUS软件提取齿面综合弹性变形和齿面接触力结果,计算得出点接触圆弧曲线构型齿轮单齿和综合啮合刚度,并绘制时变啮合刚度曲线;最后分析讨论不同齿宽、载荷条件下,该齿轮综合弹性变形和时变啮合刚度的变化规律。结果表明:随着齿宽增大和外部载荷增大,单齿啮合刚度和综合啮合刚度均变大。相关结论为点接触圆弧曲线构型齿轮的动力学特性及性能分析提供了重要的理论支撑。In this paper,the time-varying meshing stiffness analysis and calculation of the new point contact gear with circular-arc curve configuration were carried out.Based on the basic meshing principle of spatial curves,tooth surface equations of point contact gear with circular-arc curve configuration were derived.The three-dimensional models of meshing gear pair were established in terms of the given design parameters.According to the time-varying meshing stiffness calculation formula,the ABAQUS software was used to extract the results of the comprehensive elastic deformations and contact forces of tooth surfaces.Furthermore,the single tooth and the comprehensive meshing stiffness of point contact gear with circular-arc curve configuration were calculated and the time-varying meshing stiffness curves of the gear were also drawn.Finally,the variation of the comprehensive elastic deformation and time-varying meshing stiffness under different tooth widths and loads were analyzed.The results show that the single tooth and the comprehensive meshing stiffness will increase when the tooth width and the loads increase.The conclusions provide important theoretical support for the dynamic characteristics and performance analysis of the point contact gear with circular-arc curve configuration.
