摘 要:电动三轮洒水车的工况复杂,车架为其主要承重构件,车架连接结构强度是否满足要求直接决定了其工作性能和使用寿命。该文利用ANSYS软件对三种典型工况下的电动三轮洒水车车架进行有限元分析,得到了电动三轮洒水车车架连接结构的应力特点和最大应力的大小和位置,并通过相关试验验证了仿真分析结果的正确性。研究内容为车架连接结构强度仿真分析提供一定的技术基础。The working conditions of the electric three-wheeled sprinkler are complex,the frame is its main load-bearing component,and whether the strength of the frame connection structure meets the requirements directly determines its working performance and service life.In this paper,the finite element analysis of the electric three-wheeled sprinkler frame under three typical working conditions is conducted by using the ANSYS software,then,the stress characteristics,the magnitude and location of the maximum stress of the frame connection structure of the electric three-wheeled sprinkler were obtained.It is verified by the relevant experiments that the test results are consistent with the simulation analysis results.The research content of this paper provides a certain technical basis for simulation and analysis of the strength of the frame connection structure.
