共同富裕视域下“和美生活”境界的实现:以艺术管理工作方法为发力点

摘　　要：自中国式现代化建设进入新阶段以来,政策耦合带来的新机遇,催生了城乡社区内不断裂变衍生的文化新空间、新业态,城乡社区文化的供给与消费由表及里产生了根本性的变化。一方面,在文旅深度融合趋势下,各类新空间的一体化、一站式艺术赋能解决方案开始启动。另一方面,依托高新技术应用和高品质艺术社区营造,宜居宜业宜游的“和美生活”场景不断涌现。基于此,共同富裕视域下,应该充分发挥艺术管理的结构性功能,以艺术介入和跨界策展等工作方法,实现“美丽中国”生活场景的整体性营造。Since China's modernization entered a new stage,the new opportunities brought by policy coupling have given birth to new cultural spaces and industries in urban and rural communities,leading to changes in the supply and consumption of community culture.On one hand,under the trend of in-depth integration of culture and tourism,integrated and one-stop art empowerment solutions for various new spaces have begun to be implemented.On the other hand,relying on the application of new technologies and the creation of high-quality art communities,exemplars of"harmonious and beautiful life"that are suitable for living,working,and tourism are constantly emerging.Based on this,under the perspective of common prosperity,we should fully leverage the structural functions of arts management,and use methods such as art intervention and cross-border curation to realize the overall creation of"Beautiful China"scenes.
