在志愿活动中提升高校学生党建工作实效性——以吉林艺术学院志愿者活动为例

摘　　要：在高校党建工作中,志愿服务是提升实效性的有力途径。艺术与志愿服务通过美术创作、戏曲表演等形式的结合,不仅丰富了服务内容与形式、增强学生社会责任感和党性修养,同时还实现了学校与社会的深度合作,构建了多元化、创新性的服务模式。艺术类高校应充分发挥专业优势,将艺术实践融入党建工作,提升志愿活动的教育性与实效性,为学生党员和志愿者提供理论与实践结合的成长平台。艺术类高校还应在反思现有志愿服务实践的基础上,强调活动应注重党性教育与艺术教育的交融,注重培养具有社会责任感和专业技能的复合型人才。以吉林艺术学院的志愿者活动为例,探讨艺术类高校在志愿服务中的独特优势,通过对实际案例的总结与模式创新的探索,可为艺术类高校党建工作提供新颖路径,推动高校志愿服务的可持续发展,有效提升党建工作的辐射力和影响力。In college party work,volunteer services are a powerful way to enhance effectiveness.By combining art and volunteer services through forms such as art creation and drama performance,not only is the content and form of service enriched,but also students'social responsibility and party spirit are enhanced.Meanwhile,it realizes the in-depth cooperation between the school and society,building a diversified and innovative service model.Art colleges should fully leverage their professional advantages,integrate art practice into party work,enhance the educational and practical effectiveness of volunteer activities,and provide a platform for student party members and volunteers to combine theory with practice.Art colleges should also,based on reflection on existing volunteer service,emphasize the integration of party education and art education,and the cultivation of talents with social responsibility and professional skills.Taking the volunteer of Jilin University of Arts as an example,this paper explores the unique advantages of art universities in volunteer services.Through illustration of actual cases and theoretical exploration,it can provide a novel path for the party work of art colleges,promote the sustainable development of university volunteer services,and effectively enhance the influence of party.
