摘 要:近年来,互联网信息技术和人工智能技术的快速,加速了智能网联汽车技术的发展和普及。如今智能网联汽车已经进入到我们生活,为推动智能网联汽车的有序发展,国家颁布了一系列政策法规,各地方政府也颁布了相关条例,目的就是为了规范智能网联汽车规范发展,并进一步完善智能网联汽车管理相关法律法规。但是立法工作本身就具有显著的滞后性,也成为智能网联汽车发展的障碍。为此,本文就围绕智能网联汽车发展的法律障碍与应对展开研究,以供参考。In recent years,the rapid development of Internet information technology and artifi cial intelligence technology has accelerated the development and popularization of intelligent networked vehicle technology.In order to promote the orderly development of intelligent networked vehicles,the state has promulgated a series of policies and regulations,and local governments have also promulgated relevant regulations.The purpose is to standardize the standardized development of intelligent networked vehicles and further improve the relevant laws and regulations on the management of intelligent networked vehicles.However,the legislative work itself has a signifi cant lag,and it has also become an obstacle to the development of intelligent networked vehicles.To this end,this paper studies the legal obstacles and countermeasures to the development of intelligent networked vehicles for reference.
