摘  要:本文以某款轻型纯电载货汽车为试验研究对象,基于等速循环工况下的能量消耗及流动情况分析,结果表明,一方面随着速度的提升,整车效率提高的同时百公里能耗相应增加,另一方面单级主减式纯电车辆不能在全速阈高效率运行,且电机效率最大差异达10%以上,整车驱动效率最大差异可达20%,为进一步提升经济性水平,提出一方面可增加多级减速传动装置,另一方面可优化VCU相关控制策略,避免能耗的浪费。The research on a light-duty electric-loaded vehicle is based on an analysis of energy consumption and fl ow in constant-circulation conditions.The results show that,while the effi ciency of the vehicle increases with speed,the energy consumption of 100 kilometers increases accordingly.On the other hand,single-stage primary and minus electric vehicles cannot operate at full speed with high effi ciency,and the maximum diff erence in motor effi ciency is more than 10%,and the maximum diff erence in overall vehicle drive effi ciency is 20%.The VCU-related control strategy can be optimized,on the other hand,to avoid waste of energy.
