摘  要:为拓展动力电池退役后的梯次利用,实现电池全生命周期价值的最大化,针对一款搭载退役电池的AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle,自动导向车)进行电池管理系统的开发。文章以ETAS软件开发链为平台,电池管理系统集成了充放电控制、电池荷电状态(State of Charge,SOC)、电池健康状态(State of Health,SOH)、均衡控制和诊断保护等功能,电池管理系统的开发与应用,为在研不同的单体个数、正极材料的电池包提供了通用的软件应用平台。To expand the echelon utilization of decommissioned power batteries and maximize the value of the battery life cycle,a battery management system was developed for an Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)equipped with such batteries.Based on the ETAS software development chain,the battery management system integrates charge and discharge control,State of Charge(SOC),State of Health(SOH),balance control,and diagnostic protection.The software is integrated for compilation,generation of C code,and burning it into the AGV's battery management hardware system.The rated capacity,SOC characteristics,and diagnostic boundary parameters of the battery management system can be reconstructed by modifying the parameters of the host computer.The development of the battery management system provides a common software application platform for developing battery packs with diff erent numbers of cells and positive electrode materials.
