摘 要:在工业4.0大环境下,焊装生产线相较于以往发生了较大的变革,自动化程度大幅提升,并且生产线需要具备较高的灵活度,需要根据市场的需求快速调整生产车型,因此当前以多车型混合自动化生产线为主,本文主要浅析车门焊装生产线中的抓手共用方案,主要在产品设计,抓手设计两个维度进行分析。In the environment of Industry 4.0,The welding production line has undergone major changes compared with the past.The degree of automation has been greatly improved,and the production line needs to have a high degree of fl exibility and quickly adjust the production models according to market demands.Therefore,the multi-model hybrid automated production line is mainly used.This article mainly focuses on door production line,and analysis the common plan of gripper from the following aspects:production design,gripper design.
