摘  要:碳纤维单丝进行封闭结构改性后,制得碳纤维复合材料并制成测试样,将实施例1-3和对比例相比,通过封闭结构改性的碳纤维单丝加工成碳纤维复合材料性能明显提高。随着封闭结构改性的工艺参数继续加大,制作成的碳纤维复合材料性能继续提高,但提高幅度有所减小。实施例3虽然继续加大了工艺参数,其碳纤维复合材料制作成的测试样较实施例2变化不大。考虑到生产实际,场地、材料、人工、时间等成本,实施例2制作碳纤维复合材料的工艺参数为最佳工艺参数。After the carbon fi ber monofi lament is modifi ed by the closed structure,the carbon fi ber composite material is prepared and the test sample is made,and the performance of the carbon fi ber monofi lament processed into the carbon fi ber composite material modifi ed by the closed structure is signifi cantly improved compared with the ratio of the embodiment 1-3 and the pair.With the continuous increase of the process parameters of closed structure modifi cation,the performance of the carbon fi ber composite materials made by the closed structure continues to improve,but the improvement rate is reduced.Although the embodiment 3 continues to increase the process parameters,the test sample made of the carbon fi ber composite material has not changed much compared with the embodiment 2.Considering the actual production,the cost of site,material,labor,time,etc,the process parameters of embodiment 2 for making carbon fi ber composite materials are the optimal process parameters.
