摘 要:在汽车零部件生产企业中,设备的稳定运行和高效维护直接关系到企业的生产效率和产品质量。然而,许多企业在设备维修管理方面仍面临诸多挑战,如设备故障频繁、维修时间长、维修成本高等问题,这些问题不仅影响企业的正常生产,还制约了企业的可持续发展。近年来,随着信息技术飞速发展,智能化和数字化技术在设备维修管理中的应用越来越广泛,为企业提供了新的解决方案。通过引入先进的维修技术和管理方法,企业可以显著提高设备的可靠性和维修效率,降低维修成本,提升整体竞争力。因此,研究和优化设备维修管理方法,对于推动制造业的转型升级和高质量发展具有重要意义。In auto parts production enterprises,the stable operation and effi cient maintenance of equipment are directly related to the production effi ciency and product quality of enterprises.However,many enterprises still face many challenges in equipment maintenance management,such as frequent equipment failure,long maintenance time,high maintenance costs.These problems not only affect the normal production of enterprises,but also restrict the sustainable development of enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the application of intelligent and digital technology in equipment maintenance management is more and more extensive,which provides new solutions for enterprises.By introducing advanced maintenance technology and management methods,enterprises can signifi cantly improve the reliability and maintenance effi ciency of equipment,reduce maintenance costs,and enhance the overall competitiveness.Therefore,research and optimization of equipment maintenance management methods is of great signifi cance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and high-quality development.
