摘  要:随着汽车电动座椅的广泛应用,其振动故障诊断的重要性日益凸显。本文提出了一种基于智能声学检测的汽车电动座椅振动故障诊断方法。该方法通过声学信号采集、预处理、特征提取和支持向量机智能诊断等步骤,实现了座椅振动故障的快速、准确识别。实验结果表明,与传统的基于振动信号分析的方法相比,本方法在诊断准确率、误报率、漏报率和诊断时间等方面均具有显著优势。研究成果为汽车电动座椅的健康管理和预防性维护提供了新的技术手段,对提升汽车的安全性、可靠性和舒适性具有重要意义。With the wide application of automotive electric seats,the importance of vibration fault diagnosis is becoming increasingly prominent.In this paper,a fault diagnosis method for vibration of automotive electric seats based on intelligent acoustic detection is proposed.The method realizes the rapid and accurate identifi cation of seat vibration faults through the steps of acoustic signal acquisition,preprocessing,feature extraction and intelligent diagnosis of support vector machine.Experimental results show that compared with the traditional method based on vibration signal analysis,this method has signifi cant advantages in diagnostic accuracy,false alarm rate,false positive rate and diagnosis time.The research results provide a new technical means for the health management and preventive maintenance of automotive electric seats,which is of great signifi cance for improving the safety,reliability and comfort of automobiles.
