摘　　要：转向系统是汽车底盘的重要系统之一,其中转向管柱是转向系统的重要部件,使驾驶员作用在转向盘上的力矩通过转向管柱、转向机、转向横拉杆等部件转化为车轮的运动,汽车转向系统的NVH性能是汽车的重要性能指标之一,汽车在行驶的过程中异响会降低驾驶员以及乘客的舒适性,可能引起严重的客户抱怨,本文以某一车型转向管柱的异响故障为例,采用故障树分析法,分析异响的产生机理并确定异响源,对异响问题进行整改并进行试验验证。The steering system is one of the important systems of the automotive chassis,among which the steering column is an important component of the steering system.The torque acting on the steering wheel by the driver is converted into the movement of the wheels through components such as the steering column,steering gear,and steering tie rods.The NVH performance of the automotive steering system is one of the important performance indicators of the car.Abnormal noise during driving can reduce the comfort of the driver and passengers,which may cause serious customer complaints.This article takes the abnormal noise fault of the steering column of a certain vehicle model as an example,uses fault tree analysis method to analyze the mechanism of abnormal noise and determine the source of abnormal noise.The problem of abnormal noise is rectifi ed and verifi ed through experiments.
