摘　　要：公路工程建设关乎国计民生,其管理水平直接影响工程质量、工期、投资效益。质量与进度作为公路工程管理的核心要素,存在内在矛盾,如何在保证工程质量前提下合理控制进度,实现质量效益和进度效益的统一,是摆在建设、施工、监理等参建各方面前的重大课题。本文在阐述质量与进度在公路工程管理中重要性的基础上,从健全质量管理体系、强化施工过程质量监管、建立质量问题识别机制等方面,提出了加强质量控制的策略。Highway engineering construction is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and its management level directly aff ects the project quality,construction period and investment effi ciency.Quality and progress are the core elements of highway engineering management,and there is an inherent contradiction.How to ensure the quality of the project under the premise of reasonable control of progress,to achieve the unity of quality and effi ciency and schedule benefi ts,is placed in the construction,supervision and other aspects of the construction of the major issues.On the basis of expounding the importance of quality and progress in highway engineering management,this paper puts forward strategies to strengthen quality control from the aspects of improving the quality management system,strengthening the quality supervision of the construction process,and establishing the quality problem identifi cation mechanism.
